Frequently Asked Questions
1. Where are you located?    

        From I-26:  Take exit 53 (Upward Road).  At the top of the exit (stop light), you will turn
Left onto Upward Road (if coming from Spartanburg, SC) and go over the bridge; or Right onto
Upward Road (if coming from Asheville, NC).  At the 6th stoplight, turn Right onto HWY 176
(Spartanburg Hwy).  There will be an Ingles Grocery Store across the street at this light.  Get into
and travel in the Left lane.  When you pass under the stoplight at the Walgreens (on your Right),
you will need to prepare to get into the Left turning lane.  You will turn Left at the next light (there
will be a Fresh Market in front of you across the street) onto HWY 25.  At the 2nd stoplight, turn
Left onto Chadwick Avenue.  We are the 3rd building on the Left.  It is a long, white building
with blue awnings over the doors and a big blue sign over the front 2 awnings that says,
"Chadwick Suites".  Directly under the sign are 2 doors.  One of the doors has no number on it
and the other has a number "12" on it.  We are behind door #12!!
2. Do I need an appointment?

    Yes, an appointment is needed.  We would hate for you to travel to us, just to find out that
we are running errands or attending a festival.  We need to be prepared to receive you at our
door.  Please e-mail us with your needs and we will contact you to schedule the appointment.  
3. My things are ready, do I still need an appointment to pick them up?

    Again, yes, an appointment is needed.  We would hate to miss you, and we know that you
will be needing your things!  
4. Do you do alterations?

    No.  At this time we do not do alterations on regular clothing.  We will alter what we make or
have in stock to fit you, if the garment needs alterations.  Jeans, t-shirts, suits, coats, regular
clothing:  NOPE, sorry.
5. Can you reccommend anyone that does do alterations?

    At this time, we do not feel comfortable referring you to someone that we do not have personal
experience with, or have not seen their work.  
6. Do you take credit cards?

    Yes, we certainly do!  We accept Visa and Master Card.  We do not, at this time, accept American Express or
Discover Card.
